Translations:

Remade all translation files because of the new updates for Ammo Maker
Translation files added for Sandbox options and in-game crafting UI tabs
All texts related to the Bird Feeder can also be translated, thanks to editing the original code
-- May cause issues if the original files are changed in a Ammo Maker update
Changed the layout of the Bird Feeder tooltip for needed items to be more in line with the build menu tooltips
