(RHSSAF) changed M70 series to sound like the AKM. They're basically the same weapon after all, and the Sa vz. 58 already has the M70 sounds.

added soundsets for SPG-9
fixed 2A28 (BMP-1 cannon)
added sounds for AGS-30
hopefully fixed NSVT
adjusted 2A42/2A72 sounds (30mm autocannon)
fixed tank cannons
fixed D30

USF:
added appropriate soundset to Javelin
fixed vehicle weapons sounds (M2, M240)
