FIixed Helo taking off again (can happen since last patch) and flying into hill. Fuel to 0 after landing.

As an attempt to stop the roof hostage walking off the roof (AI ArmA3 bug) he will now require little bird Casevac Extraction from the hospital Helo pad. Go to him joim/ heal, & he will wait for the little bird to land. area must be clear of Tangos obviously.
