Added some more info stuff, changed the thumbnail, and made sure it works with the new version. It already did but it should work even BETTER now (nothing was changed color code-wise).

Added modded/custom Overseer support, along with Inspector support.

Knowing the Iterator IDs of modded Overseers is necessary to change the colors. You can get these by checking the mods GitHub, or opening it in ILSpy/DNSpy, and searching for the ownerIterator they use. Alternatively, ask the Rain World discord. They might know. Maybe. If only they made an Iterator lease... that would make this significantly easier.
