Minor fixes to stability problems introduced in last update.
>Lowered wheel friction slightly, dropping the top speed to 30 m/s
>Readjusted both roll bar values to slightly overtune them, both to make sure that the craft does not tip and also to induce "bounce" to throw off the aim of other craft
>Lowered wheel steering angle to 20
>Further re-tuned yaw PID
>Set the AI to not retreat when too close in order to prevent "panic" where the AI would sometimes turn its sides or back to the enemy when retreating

Updated description to match changes to blueprint, improved stability, top speed, armor, durability, and offensive power for minimal cost and no volume increase. Detailed change log:

>AI core moved somewhere with actual armor (apparently an exposed AI core is frowned upon, who knew)
>Wheel friction increased from 1f/0.25s to 2f/0.5s, which bumped the top speed up significantly
>Sideways roll bars strengthened to 0.2 from 0.15 to help maintain stability at higher speeds
>Yaw PID adjusted for better stability and less oversteer, so the gun should spend much more time on-target now
>Tweaked side armor to close a gap that fragments would sometimes slip through to ammo rack or pith the buggy
>Added a container to double the resource storage
>Added a frontal shield projector
>Added a second ammo intake to one autoloader, decreasing gun downtime
>Added a second shell type to the new intake, a HESH round, allowing for more effectiveness against armor that the frag shells can't chew through straight away.
>Deleted vestigial cooling vent that was leftover from early development
