- Added the Rampage Inducer, located in spawn near the Shieva wallbuy.

- Removed Grenade wallbuy and replaced it with Civil Protector spawn.
- Fixed frame drops after power is turned on, keeping an eye on this bug. Report in the BUGS Discussion if you still are having issues.
