Fixed: Rifles not showing up in vanilla Arsenal

Fixed: missing inheritance class for rifles; they should now appear in the vanilla arsenal properly
Potential Fix for shredder rounds causing frame drops

*The ammo counter and compass is super volatile and seems to have a 50/50 shot at working properly; hopefully I can make it more stable in the future

Added: Oracle K-Variant Optic with Anti-Reflection Device (ARD for short) and without ARD

Adjusted: SRS99D-S2 and AM AI engagement ranges.

Tweaked: MA5 Smartlink Default Zoom level (Should no longer zoom out when using the "iron sights" )
Tweaked: BR Optic RDS default zoom level (Should now make it a bit more viable for CQB)
Tweaked: M232 Ammo (Should now have a better effective range : ~1200 - ~1700m)
Tweaked: M233 Ammo (Should now have a better effective range : ~1500 - ~2000m)


Let me know if these changes are good or make no sense and if I broke something

Added: Oracle Optic variants (Smooth and Stepped up to 25x)
Added: GL Reload animation now actually move things on the weapons; It clips with the rifle and will do so until a custom reload animation can be created

Fixed: SRS Skeleton Issue with OPTRE

Changed: SRS Ammo might hitting a bit harder now and the trajectory *should* be flatter
