Version 3.0 has been published to Stable tModLoader v2024.6

- Made way lighter by removing bunch of unnecessary stuff and optimizing logic
- Now it is independent of game's sound volume
- More precise volume range customization

- Added volume slider (It still depends on the game's sound volume in settings and i havent found a way for it to not be dependent)
