Added new icons for Howler, Wasp, Speedstar, and Hunter Hoverbike variants.

Corrected the name of one of the new icons in the latest update.

Medical Update:

Uploaded 48 additional icons, mostly focused on medical items and ingredients, but with a few misc items thrown in as well.

Corrected the 'Advanced Electronics' icon. The .png itself should have been named 'Oscillator.png'. It should now display properly after either getting an update from the Workshop, or un-sub and re-subbing to the scenario.

We've done a significant scaling and sharpening pass on all the icons. Please unsubscribe and re-subscribe to the scenario to pull down all the goodness. And don't forget to check out the FAQ and 'How To' document in the Google Drive link if you have any questions as to how to get these icons into your scenario.

Should note that the custom icons for Radiation Boost Augmented and Abyssal Boosts will not appear in RE until the RE Devs remove the CustomIcon parameter for these items in the ItemsConfig.

Uploaded 29 Booster icons, increasing the resolution of the previous existing standard and epic, and adding variants for RE Augmented and Abyssal.

Updated the description.txt to reflect that this scenario is intended only as a delivery vehicle for the icons, and is merely a copy of the built-in Default Multiplayer scenario with the Icon Super Pack icons installed.
