OnGround boolean has been properly set up for the specials.

Added attack creases and effects so it looks better and attacks are more noticeable.
Some hitboxes have been adjusted to better match the visuals.
Late hit DAir has a smaller hitbox.
Strings of Spider propel triggers if B is released before it reaches maximum length. (Frames 1-6).
Aerial Down B now has a hurtbox (I forgot to add one lol).
Ultra damage decreased from 35 to 30.
