Added a unique guitar for teenagers

updates some facial textures and removed an unintentional outfit.

bypasses the issue with baroverhaul's graduation by overriding graduation to be the vanilla mechanic again.

fixed the game showing a second class outfit icon. game broke some code and no longer validates the xml properly. it was never supposed to exist.

added command to turn normal classes into teens. YMMV but i can gauruntee it will reset any skill points you have.

fixed the hair, head, and haircolor assignment. no guaruntees that it works though this game really doesnt like you to change that.
