Fixed Red lighting color on Nacelles. Was too bright.

- Added Wireless controller to front of ship to extend range
- Added O2 station at forward Dock
- Moved a couple small fuel tanks into the top nacelles to maintain the even 210000 fuel figure
- Added Mission brief screen to Ready Room
- Weapon groups should be set now
