PATCH 1.4 - BALANCE

Added smear frames to his tilts and aerials.

- -1 active frame. (Now comes out on frame 8.)
* This move looked weird when it would hit with the first active frame because the movement doesn't start until frame 8.

DOWN-B
- Sun Bomb health reduced back to 7.

ULTRA
- Ultra sun bomb health reduced to 5.

DOWN B
- Sun bomb health decreased back down to 9.
- Sun bomb travel speeds reduced to 4 (regular) and 3.5 (ultra). (Was 4.8 and 5 respectively).
- Healing Suns have stayed the same, keeping their 11 health and 4.8 travel speed. This is to encourage their use in doubles.

F-THROW
- Reworked to have +3 base knockback but -0.02 scaling.

THOUGHTS
Ra Zombie is REALLY enjoying his newly improved F-air which allows him to gain advantage very easily. In addition, buffing the health of the sun bombs was a mistake in the first place, as they would die due to a factor in the character's code that previously made up for the bugged properties of projectiles in smack as opposed to a lack of projectile health. Therefore, I have reverted the sun bomb health buff. As RZ is able to enter advantage state pretty easily now, I decided to nerf his advantage by making sun bombs travel slower as well. This way, they are easier to dodge and do not combo as well. I considered lowering the lifetime of the sun bombs as well, but decided that this rarely comes into play, and making them less survivable will ultimately effect their average lifetime anyway.

FORWARD STRONG
- Increased knockback scaling from 0.11 to 0.13.

DOWN STRONG
- Made the launch angles lower on both sides.
- Increased kb scaling from 0.11 to 0.13.

UP SPECIAL
- Increased kb scaling of the sweetspot from 0.11 to 0.13.

GENERAL
- Increased the movement speed of all sun bombs. Ultra sun bombs still move slightly faster than normal sun bombs.
- Healing sun healing increased from 5 to 7.

- Increased startup lag. (+2 frames. Now comes out on frame 9. Animation length did not change.)
- Fix: No longer cancels when landing. This caused the move to be able to chain into itself a few times which was not intentional.

DOWN B
- Sun Bomb life time reduced. (15s -> 10s)
- Reworked how sun bombs are coded. This attempts to make hitting them to destroy them more feasible.

ULTRA
- Ultra Sun Bomb life time reduced. (15s -> 5s)
* This ultra was overpowered because there was little the opponent could do to avoid it, especially because hitting sun bombs rarely works.
