**Fixes and rebalance:**
Book of belial now has only 50% chance to work, but judas got extra 50% just by starting stats so he still has 100%
Fixed mixed up cost between tiers of Bible
Fixed wrong classes of Moms Knife on high tiers and its name
Heartbreak doesnt give +5% dodge anymore, but instead with it you also get +3% dodge for every -1 armor
Fixed wrong crit chance on dark arts projectile
