- Changed exploding barrel spawn logic so the the number of barrels mentioned in the convar is the exact same as the number of barrels spawned, not including cones. The default integer for this convar is now 4 instead of 6 as you will now see more barrels than before per the same convar value. The number of cones is random between 2 and 4.

- Fixed translations for TTT2

- Updated Convars to make rare events optional and disabled by default. Normally, the Convar will only spawn obstructive junk and exploding barrels.

Setting the convar ttt_clutterbomb_rareevents will switch on the silly props and shop items.

- Added a weapon thumbnail

- Added a new 1 in 100 chance for the Clutterbomb to spawn a silly prop instead

- Fixed the grenade not having a explosion effect when it explodes.
The striderbuster explosion effect was using the incorrect function. I decided to ditch that and instead make a new one with gmod defaults since otherwise you would need to have EP2 mounted.

- Removed duplicated EmitSound on the barrel spawn code.

- Fixed bug where the feature to spawn shop items wasn't functioning

- Added the convars:
"ttt_clutterbomb_specialmaxweapons", responsible for controlling the how many weapons will spawn in the condition above;
"ttt_clutterbomb_maxbarrels" and "ttt_clutterbomb_maxjunk", responsible for controlling how many explosive barrels and junk props can spawn.

- Convars added to the TTT2 special equipment menu

- Tooltip duplicated to shop menu
