V1.1. Small QOL update.

Tiny realism change - (takes 0.1 seconds more to refill lighter).

Multitasker lover - (Can now refill lighters while walking, and then proceed to die while walking into a horde because you're distracted)


Animation update -(Refuelling lighters now has an animation and sound)
