Dtilt:
- Polished up the tentacle's detection code for when it repositions itself at a ledge.
- Hand hitbox now has a custom angle flipper that knocks the opponent into where the tentacle would erupt, making the move less likely to drop at the ledge.
- Redistributed damage values of the individual hitboxes: Hand hitbox 1 -> 2, tentacle sourspot hitbox 6 -> 5, tentacle tipper hitbox 9 -> 8

Nair:
- Reverted previous startup nerf: 11 -> 9.
- Landing lag increased: 6 -> 8.

General:
- Fixed a bug where Nemesis ate a greenberry

Utilt:
- Fixed an oversight where late upper hit had less hitpause scaling than intended.

Nair:
- Startup 9 -> 11.

Uair:
- Fixed an oversight in which the move's whifflag was incorrect.
- Total active time 11 -> 9.

Fstrong:
- Fuel tank detonation no longer inherits the angle of the attack that hits in, instead now always sending Nemesis at angle 90.
- Added additional hit effects to fuel tank detonation to make it more visually intense.

Dstrong:
- Fixed an oversight in which the move's whifflag was incorrect.
- Active time 4 -> 3.
- Spike sweetspot hitpause scaling 0.9 -> 1.0.

General:
- Added frame data woodcock support; some attacks now include extra notes containing more comprehensive information.

Jab:
- Jab 1 can now be tilt cancelled 3 frames earlier.
- Jab 1 BKB 6 -> 5.
- Jab 2 knockback scaling 0.5 -> 0.7.
- Removed whifflag from Jab 2.
- Jab 2 endlag 19 -> 23.
- Jab 2 base hitpause/hitpause scaling 7/.5 -> 8/.8.

wanted to give "the boot" more of a niche as a jumpscare kill tool since i felt that it wasn't very useful.

Utilt:
- Visual change; hitting an opponent with the front hitboxes now causes them to spin through the air in a fashion similar to Etalus' Utilt.

General:
- Experimental: changed vaccine's input from PARRY + SPECIAL to DOWN + PARRY. In hindsight PARRY + SPECIAL seemed like a pretty awkward input, so hopefully this makes it easier to use.
- Fixed a minor visual bug that would occur when cancelling Uspecial into pratfall.
- Fixed a bug where, if Nemesis became aerial somehow during the slam portion of his Dspecial, it would start the move up again, which would also sometimes render him unable to put down a zombie.

Fair:
- Sourspot angle 50 -> 45.
- Sweetspot angle 50 -> 45.

Fstrong:
- Final hit angle 50 -> 45.
- Base knockback 8 -> 7.

Dspecial:
- Zombie no longer dies when Nemesis dies.
- When an opponent loses a vaccine they are carrying via being parried by Nemesis, it now shows a visual of it breaking to make the loss a bit more obvious.

- Zombies now turn to face you properly when hit by a move like a Bair or the back hit of a Dstrong.
- Fixed some issues regarding the zombie's hurtbox, like it becoming misaligned when it faces left.
- The zombie now has a dynamic hurtbox for when it attacks.

v1.14

bugfixes and qol changes

- If Dspecial is parried, the zombie that gets spawned from it now dies immediately. Zombies killed this way do not drop supply cases.
- Zombies no longer go into hitstun if they are hit by an attack that has 0 knockback. They also no longer take knockback from any polite hitboxes if they are not already in hitstun.
- Reduced the hitbox size of explosions from hit/destroyed rockets: 100x100 -> 90x90. For reference, the hitbox size of explosions that come from the rocket colliding with players/terrain normally is 120x120.
- When Nemesis respawns, he now drops the supply case the moment he leaves the platform. The intent behind this change is to try to give the Nemesis player a better chance at defending the vaccine from their opponent.

Buffs:
- Utilt damage (front hit): 8 -> 10
- Bair sourspot damage: 4 -> 6
- Bair sweetspot damage: 8 -> 10
- Dattack damage (early hit): 10 -> 11
- Ustrong now has a sourspot that hits behind Nemesis to more clearly match its visual; sends in like Utilt's back hit and does not activate the command grab.
- Nspecial rockets now trigger an explosion when destroyed by another hitbox, making them riskier to contest directly without proper spacing.
- Fspecial grab vertical range increased; now covers more of Nemesis' arm just below the wrist.

Nerfs:
- Uspecial spike BKB: 8 -> 6

Other:
- Removed angle flipper 7 from the front hits of Utilt.
