- Fixed a ton of reset boxes (jesus christ they were bad)

- Re-worked multiple holes

hole 15 ramp play area wasn't properly working.
hole 4 spawn was still screwed up... even after previous fix, it SHOULD be fixed now.

hole 12 Oob-box was wonky in cave
hole 13 Oob-box wasn't configured properly
