- Added a list of names to declare in the sandbox options, all names in this list will be spared from the 1st rule regarding waiting time
- Added a sanbox option related to the list of names, it will be used to adjust the waiting time if necessary, or simply ensure that players affiliated with these names will not be kicked/banned

Adds more sandbox options to customize the mod:

- LuckyItemsList: Add the desired items to this first list, as first category lucky charms.
- LuckyItemsList2: This second list also concerns lucky charms, the declared items will be more effective lucky charms, it has 30% additional luck (bonus).
- MusicName: Play your own music.
- PathTextureScreen: Indicate your texture.
- KickText: Enter your goodbye text.

- Now the admin is correctly spared from expulsion.

- The wallpaper texture has been modified, addition of the Spiffo master as in the workshop image.

Future:

- Two lucky items will be created subsequently, one for each category, specific to this mod, there will be a logical distribution of items, which will be adjustable via the sandbox options.

- I need to figure out how to force chat to be disabled during the kick screen.
