Split her growth table so now instead of spawning with 20 strength and 0 agility she has 10 agility and 10 strength to allow for more diverse builds : )

*please leave a comment if this change is an issue or if u want her to be full agility. Given the changes awhile back, to daggers being shifted to an agility weapon, i found this change to fit her well.

Added the new combat combos to TOB, so she should have her original attacks back after the previous combat rework.

Fixed Issue that caused Tiggy to not spawn property. Now anytime the Aseir Dancer Table is called there is a chance she will spawn, REGUARDLESS of location/map.
