Side and up smash attacks slightly nerfed

Sorry for updating all my characters so much D:

Initial Upload

Made character more competitive ready.

Very minor update:

- Dodging moves have 1 more frame of invincibility.
- Sidestep dodge now ends 1 frame sooner

- Neutral A has more knockback for final hitbox

Forgot to lower the volume the kirby dance music during victory animation

True final update

- Side special now is less spammable as projectile gets destroyed prematurely when used again and again.
- Side special's projectile travels slightly slower, but knockback has been increased to avoid it from being too over powered
- Added advanced technique where pressing down and attack during a dash attack will make kirby do a falling spine attack for a combo attack.
- forward tilt has one frame less start up lag.

Replaced old Kirby dance music with the one from Smash Bros Brawl
