Team Medigun now has 2 rounds per phial with 2 extra in reserve, giving it a total of 4 heals over 3
Added Round End lines to the player who got the winning kill
Changed the Heavy I.R.I.S Units health from 200 + 50*SubjectCount to 150 + 75*SubjectCount
Increased 395's initial acid cloud damage from 2 to 4
Reduced 395's acid cloud damage increment from (2 > 4 > 8 > 16) to (3 > 4 > 6 > 8 > 11 > 15 > 16)
Increased 395's acid cloud duration from 15 secs to 20 secs
Decreased 395's acid cloud size expansion speed from 32hu per tick to 28hu per tick (tick here is every 0.3s)
Increased the amount of damage 395's bottle does on a direct hit from 40 to 50
Reduced Fugitive movement speed while painted to 85% from 90%, this makes painting the already small target a bit more worth it
Optimized how lasers are drawn with a new texture and no more loop sets
Optimized how bones are scaled when Spectator Body Cameras are activated/deactivated
Optimized some Camera code to run a bit faster
Optimized how players get un-stuck from others
Optimized how the game calls for Player Wall Clinging
Optimized how up traces work for jumping as subjects
Optimized a bunch of Think setups to instead be using Tick along side a couple of extra optimizations for delay based stuff
Added a NotifyTransmit check for players entering/leaving PVS that force resets their Bone Scale to hopefully fix any issues when respawning into a new round from spectating
Due to the above change, Removed the Camera 5 second cam fixer call
Fixed a couple sounds not using the Stereoscopic placement prefix in their sound strings
I.R.I.S Units when looking at other I.R.I.S Units now see their health as a Percentage, Subjects still see "Condition:" tags
I.R.I.S Units while holding the Team Med Gun with it loaded now shows how much health the target will recover (clamped to 70%)
Fixed an issue with voting Random not actually counting towards voting random if any other map is voted for
Removed the env_fire from hdn_ravenholm as it could harm players during freeze time
Modified the ticket count for people who are picked as subject to -6 tickets instead of -3

Added 2 new Bonus Rounds: Eviction Notice and Infestation

Made it so players can no longer suicide or run the kill/explode command while a round is in action

Fixed Acid destroyed corpses showing up in Aura Vision when they shouldn't be

Fixed Heavy I.R.I.S Units showing up in aura vision as Resources

Players who are chosen as Subjects now get Negative 3 Tickets (-36 DMG), this means their likely hood of getting Subject for the next 2-3 rounds is extremely low, the negative 3 tickets are bumped up by 1 ticket per round until they are no longer in the negative

Bonus Rounds can no longer repeat the same type

Fixed an error readout happening when trying to pick up ragdolls that are non-human in nature

Added the ability to modify per-player VOIP volume in the scoreboard

Reduced the time it to takes to initiate a shove on a fellow I.R.I.S member who is in your way

Reduced 395's overall health value from 150 to 130

(COMMUNITY REQUEST) Added a new CVar GAME_CUST_SubjectAllowShowSelf, when set to 1 subjects can hold SPRINT to force themselves to become visible, allowing for quick little scares, this is disabled by default

The SG550-1 now has a unique scope feature to more so differentiate it from the F2000

Subjects now have simple Attack Animations for their Normal and Special Attacks

Edible ragdolls now appear in Aura Vision

Fixed a dumb mistake that stopped 617 from seeing Grenade Resource Drops in Aura Vision

Updated an Anti Cheat check to work pretty much flawlessly now

Lowered kill trigger on High Rise some more

Origin now has some extra spawns for Subjects and fixed Subjects spawning at I.R.I.S Spawn

Added a new CVar for server hosters that defaults to 1 named GAME_CHAT_LocalVOIP, If 1, all I.R.I.S Units will VOIP as if they're locally audible instead of always audible to each other to avoid sensory overload from high player counts

Finished the final implementation of the SG550-1
Updated some Anti Cheat checks

Increased the Trip Sensor refraction bonus from 20% to 25%

Included a complete revamp of Voice Type 4 at request of the VA

395's Lunging Attack on-land slow down now lasts an extra 0.1 seconds, giving players a little more time to try and follow up attacks on 395 if they don't escape with a Charge

395's Eating Slowdown time has been increased by 0.5 seconds
