Changed NSpecial cooldown to be set when the move is used instead of when the cone stops spinning
Added a HUD icon to show NSpecial cooldown
Fixed an oversight where spinning cones' lifetime doesn't get reset on parry
  • Previously, cooldown was very inconsistent and, in some situations, too short
  • Overall cooldown is slightly longer than before.

Fixed a bug with custom player alts not being set properly online

Moved Input Delay and Blue Griff alts out of custom player alt list, replacing the Flaming-O and Insurmountable alts
Added custom colours on the last alt for some specific player tags
  • Alts added for tags: Tappy, Blu/Blu2/Bluto

Starting a railgrind perpendicular to the rail now uses the direction faced to determine the direction to grind to
Fixed a railgrind bug with automatically ending a grind at the end of a rail with multiple rails present
  • Just fixing edge cases to make railgrinding more consistent with players' expectations

FAir is no longer untechable
  • FAir used to be untechable without bounces which made the move a little too strong and difficult to escape

Jab startup (including follow-up jabs) 4 -> 5
Jab endlag 8 -> 12 (before whifflag multiplier)
Fixed some bugs with jab cancel windows (on both parried and non-parried variants)
  • Increasing overall lag and FAF so Jab is less of a jumpscare and more punishable overall

FSpec can now be angled slightly more ±4 -> ±5 vsp
  • A lot of players' feedback stated FSpec should be angleable even though it already is. This change should slightly increase gamefeel of the move.

DAttack now has updated visuals and sfx when going at full speed
DAttack Full Speed hitbox KB 9+0.6 -> 9+0.85
FTilt KB 8.5+0.8 -> 8.5+0.75
  • Many players weren't sure about the mini gimmick of DAttack. A visual change and a slight hitbox buff would further drive in the gimmick. FTilt's slight nerf also will differentiate FTilt and DAttack better.

USpec can now be jump cancelled after some time (64 frames)
  • Players felt USpec was too committal. This change makes USpec more similar to Ranno's USpec which can also be jump cancelled. I'm unsure about this change, but we'll see if this gives Flo too many recovery mixups.

Adjusted hitbox timings and hitpause frames for FStrong, UStrong, DStrong, and UTilt
  • Reducing unnecessary active frames and improving poses during hitpause on these moves

DSpecial cones can now be destroyed while falling and while wobbling
Parried DSpecial cones no longer return ownership to Flo upon landing
  • These cones now get destroyed by the opponent when necessary, and makes cones no longer transcendant

Increased USpecial landing lag window slightly (24f -> 32f)
  • Landing is slightly laggier for a longer punish window

Decreased USpecial landing slide (4 hsp -> 3 hsp)
  • This makes edge cancelling slightly less easy to abuse

Jab no longer has parry stun
  • Jab checking is important in Rivals
