Some very small changes.

Thanks a lot to Q for the balancing.

Slightly patched up the walk, run, jumps and crouch animations.

FORWARD TILT
+3 frames of startup. (move now comes out on frame 8.)
-2 damage.

UP TILT
+2 frames of startup. (move now comes out on frame 7.)
The move can now hit enemies on the top platform ;)

DOWN TILT
+3 frames of startup.
-2 damage.

FORWARD STRONG
+2 frames of startup. (Now comes out on frame 12.)

DOWN STRONG
+4 frames of startup. (12 damage move that was frame 5? It's now frame 9.)

NEUTRAL AERIAL
Knockback scaling changed to 0.1 for all hits.

FORWARD AERIAL
+4 frames of startup. (Now comes out on frame 9.)
-1 damage on the sweetspot, -3 damage on the sourspot.

BACKWARD AERIAL
+7 frames of startup. (now comes out on frame 12.)

NEUTRAL SPECIAL
+3 frames of startup.
-3 frames of endlag.
Buffed the health of the Javelin by 4. (it's now 8)

SIDE SPECIAL
+6 frames of startup.
-3 frames of endlag while grounded.

UP SPECIAL
The move is wider now. It matches the animation.
The move sends less vertical with its knockback.

DOWN SPECIAL
+5 frames of startup. (Now active on frame 12.)

BACK THROW
Changed the knockback angle from -150 to 170.

UP THROW
Reduced KB Scaling. (0.15 -> 0.12).
The move no longer does 20 damage lol

ULTRA
Changed ultra to have a fair amount of reaction time.

OTHER
Added blinking to a few animations.
Added more sounds.
Touched up her Cinematic Animations.

Grab and Ultra work properly now.

Fixed some hurtboxes, made her run more dynamic, and a few more animations got very slight tweaks. Her voicelines aren't as loud anymore.
