Readded the code to stop exp gain once you have finished each of the three lifestyle trees and added a setting in game to enable the exp gain if you want to keep gaining exp if you have a mode that gives you repurchase-able perks.

Added back code to set the exp to 0 if you have all 3 capstone traits from a lifestyle.
