This corrects a vmt typo that has existed for a decade and only i noticed it now, the face of the PMCS pointed to a directory that did not exist for the bumpmap, causing the shading to look a bit weird, what i thought was a model issue was actually a texture issue.

This update merely removes the extra directory in the bumpmap lines and now their face shading looks WAY better and what was intended, otherwise ive made no changes to the original besides this fix.
