Mod Config Menu Update!!

- You can now set the minimum quality yourself using Mod Config Menu (default is 3)
- You can also set if you want 2 custom quality items on XL curse

Fixed a bug where you would only get 3+ quality items in treasure rooms on downpour 1 and dross 1

You will now get 3+ quality on both treasure rooms if the first floor has curse of the labyrinth

- Fixed an issue where the mod would break after entrying the treasure room for the first time.
- Fixed a bug where if an item was re-rolled while playing as tainted keeper the item would become free
-Fixed a bug where the silver treasure room in greed mode would give items from the treasure room item pool instead of the boss room item pool

Fixed a bug where the player could leave an active item that was less then quality 3 and have it be re-rolled into a different item with quality 3+
