Black ops gear made purchasable sooner in level difficulty for less reputation but at a higher price.

Added medical scanner to Echo pistol.

Significant buff to assault pistol acidic round damage to justify their usage against more armored targets. Less damage overall and overtime than incendium but with no percentage chance and much cheaper costs.

Renamed the Covert Pistol variant and changed how its held to look a bit nicer overall. Buffed its tactical light to make it less like looking through a pinhole of light.
