Removed localization file (grabbed from main, not needed)
Removed deposits file (see above)
Removed localisation file (ditto)
Realize I wrote that twice and with 2 different spellings :sweat_smile:
Removed a bunch of unneeded code from traits file reducing number of lines down from 8354 -> 6355
I dont think that was really needed but I prefer a tidy code that works over a code that has 2000 lines of junk

Removed Rogue deposit as its own separate entities and added the deposit check into winter checks where applicable

Added new seasonal system for tidally locked worlds.
Tidally locked worlds are more stable existing in one of 3 "seasons" being Temperate, Hot, Cold
Heat Preference gain their Summer/Fall/Winter stats when its Hot/Temperate/Cold
Temperate Preference gain their Winter/Spring stats when its Hot/Cold/Temperate
Cold Preference gain their Summer/Spring/Winter stats when its Temperate/Hot/Cold
Tidally Locked seasons require a new game,
