- Further reduced booster strength

- Fixed bug where you could get stuck at the bottom of the map
- Fixed water not actually being water
- Fixed jail walls and ceiling being nonsolid
- Fixed teleporters snapping bad angles
- Added weapon spawns back to the map
- Adjusted boosters to be closer to previous CS values
