-IMPORTANT!!!: While gravity will be stalled upon activating each attack, all Gravity Cancelled attacks will begin to fall before you can act out of them

-Down Strong length increased by 4 frames
-Forward Strong XSpeed Decreased (16.5 -> 12)

-Neutral Aerial late hit damage decreased (7 -> 6)
-Back Aerial speed increase decreased (6 -> 4)
-Up Aerial endlag increased by 6 frames
-Down Tilt endlag increased by 3 frames
-Run Speed Cap decreased (6.2 -> 6.1)
-Walking during grab now decreases time grabbing by 15 frames
-Timing out grab now sends you into tumble and releases foes properly
-Reduced Max Grabbing time to 100 frames
