Made character more competitive ready.

Very minor update:

- Dodging moves have 1 more frame of invincibility.
- Sidestep dodge now ends 1 frame sooner

- Made it easier to hit opponents with back air.

True final update
- Ultra's knockback and knockback scaling increased once more.
- Up air hitbox and knockback increased slightly.
- Final blow of neutral special has increased knockback.
- Last hit on dash attack has slightly decreased knockback.
- lowered volume of kirby dance music during victory animation.

Replaced old Kirby dance music with one from Smash Bros Brawl
