New effects for the player added:
- when the player is hit -> he produces gibs/blood
- when the player dies -> he explodes into gibs/blood

Added support for Mod Config Menu (now you can enable/disable each effect)

Now the mod is even more gore!
With this update the mod combines the special seed "BLOO OODY" effects with the effect "EXTRA_GORE".
