Improved performance when certain user properties are toggled off.

Added SSR for the red car reflection.

Added "high quality" user property that when toggled off removes SSR and certain background effects to improve performance on lower end systems.

Adjusted character animation limits.

Removed static character reflection from the cars hood and replaced it with screen space reflections.

Next update will take a while as I will rework the character completely. There is no way around it if I want the performance to be better.

Reworked stationary raindrops to look more interesting.

Ground fog now has it´s own user property.

Added optional small raindrops that land on and fall from the character.

Improved performance quite a bit.

All textures besides the character are now reduced to 60-80% of their original resolution.

Post processing effects now use the most performant settings I can get away with without sacrificing visual quality.
