-Added basic compatability for Goku, Cell, Vegeta, Krillin, and Flowey
-Added alt colour compatability for Vileplume

-Edited the Compatability Guide to be a bit more clear, and updated the _README.gml to match the Steam guide
-Mario Pissing 2 basic compatability is no longer overwritten by Mario compatability
-Teetering now has a correct sprite
