-More Meter is gained when hitting an opponent. However getting hit also loses more meter.
-More meter is lost/gained from moving in Normal state.

General
-Training mode toggles changed. This should make Impulse easier to manage in Training mode.
-Gave finished tag.



Specials:
-NSpecial
-The projectile no longer is destroyed if it is parried and Kumaki is hit.

-DSpecial
--DSpecial now has a hurtbox
--DSpecial's impulse gain increased when the opponent's damage is more equal to Kumaki's.
