some changes.

Now Banish cannot be used if you have a Laser type weapon equipped. It could lead to leadup due to unlimited shots with an unlimited magazine.

New custom range tables, so now i don't need to override the base game ones. Also extensive config to change the range table of the weapons

removed the shred from the ABBA cannons
they have a considerably bigger magazine than the cannons so thsi is to balance it out in a way

plasma tiers still have 1 shred due to being plasma
