Ideology styles now apply to the expanded versions
(supported: ideology, Dune Style Pack, Animalistic style revised)

Cosmic Matter Tank now needs to be powered. If it is unpowered, it will take damage until it breaks. After it breaks, it explodes and causes a Flash storm that takes the longer the fuller the tank was.

you can no longer start a new process in refineries if they're full of waste

Added Temperature-ruinable processes for refineries:
The processes can be ruined by temperature, but takes half the cosmic matter.
Tier 1: needs 0 - 15*C
Tier 2: needs -15 - 0 *C
Tier 3: needs -30 - -15 *C

Added Wasteful processes for refineries:
the processes are twice as fast
Tier 1 - produces 250 wastepacks*
Tier 2 - produces 500 wastepacks*
Tier 3 - produces 1000 wastepacks*

* refineries don't need to be wastepack-emptied now, reported to VEF team
