Toma V1.5: What is this patch for?

~Made Soup's skin baseline (PK likes the colors)
~NEW Champion skin AND Taunt
~Play different sounds if competitive mode.
~NSpecial now has a grounded animation

~All initial grabs now do 2 damage, and all throws do 2 damage less

FSpecial:
-Endlag 24 -> 28
>Note: I experimented with making the initial grab not travel as far but ultimately decided against it because it lost it's ability to read tech out.
-FSpecial now stops 170 pixels from the blastzone, up from 150
>Note: Hopefully this helps people feel a little more comfortable DI'ing out.

USpecial:
-Startup 9 -> 12
-Endlag 12 -> 16
+Window 4 vspeed -2 -> -3
>Note: People didn't like how explosive Grounded USpecial could be. Giving it just a tad bit more startup and endlag should hopefully fix things up a little. I'm looking into changing how it starts on the ground a little in the future. Additional verticality given so you can still waveland on plats afterward.

+Removed hit lockout

Toma V1.4: Attempting to fix synced_var issues

~Attempted a few things to get synced_var not to mess with replays.
~Chat looks a lot nicer and now fades out if a player is on the left side of the screen
~Some code cleanup and documentation

Toma V1.2: Okay this one is actually a minor patch, I swear

~DSpecial no longer throws an error when you use it an immediately grab.
~If you played a match in Competitive mode, it no longer switches you back to Party mode when you finish a match.
~Removed "melee" from the anti-cheat check
~Various backend code changes that aren't all that important to list out

Toma V1.1: Oops I put a whole new move in an otherwise minor patch


~Can no longer activate debug info in matches. Just Training mode
~Fixed the UAir landing bug
~Added a few other things
~Minor CSS changes
~Removed the git folder before uploading

UTilt:
-Hitstun Mult: 1.2 -> 1.1

DAir:
-Hitstun Mult: 1.0 -> 0.8

DAir:
-Sweetspot Hitstun Mult: 1.0 -> 0.8

FSpecial:
-Initial Grab travels for 2 less frames
~NEW Launcher hitbox when charged. You can now end the move on the ground while charged by pressing B. This is a strong launcher hitbox to end the move. (PK made the anim frames for this and it was never used so let's put it in there anyway)
+Charge no longer goes away on the normal end hitbox. It felt bad whenever this happened and people were confused as to why they were losing Charge.

DSpecial:
~Now properly destroys itself when colliding with a wall
