Made some adjustments, like turning mawshot into more of a poke than a projectile, should be reasonably punishable regardless.
Also fixed some framekills, and gave her slashes 1 proration. Hopefully not so much a menace in BS ways, if still janky (and losing to DI down)

Made adjustments so bleed moves are universally 10 procs per attack, as well as made some moves now properly interact with bleed.
Many of them now scale their velocity with it, and both Bootlick and Carnivore become guardbreaks at 4 and 6 stacks respectively

Added "Bleed boosted chase" to certain moves, making their momentum towards the opponent scale with the amount of bleed stacks they have. The more bleed, the further you can hit them from. Might prove rather... Overtuned.
So uh, lmk if it's too strong.
Removed the hitbox on Kill stride and made them usable in combo again

Whooooo boy. Lots of stuff to cover here. Very experimental and might turn her into cancer incarnate.
Still janky as hell, but at least has some new options to cover her in neutral, as well as enable more aggressive killer advances.
Big one being the fact that it now has a hitbox, similar to STEP. It is unparriable and hits low, and is capable of starting a combo.
Additionally, her existing moves can now inflict bleed through softblocks, enabling her blockstrings to become exceptionally brutal especially with effects that scale with bleed.
Speaking of moves, there have been some adjustments, and the additon of the all new air-cutter/sky-rend attack, an f6 advancing horizontal usable on ground and in air.
Her 'uppercut' has also seen some buffs in becoming an f5 move, gaining more forwards momentum, and having a more reliable self-combo.
On the topic of reliable auto-combos, her divebomb has also seen a few changes, making it harder to punish and a guaranteed drag-attack for when you somehow manage to land it in the air.
Additionally, her projectiles have seen a few changes, namely becoming a more reliable guardbreak option, and the actual projectiles losing homing properties but becoming unparriable.
There are likely other stuff I haven't covered, but it's 4am and if it werent the weekend I'd be waking up in two hours.
(oh, and she also can't combo off of grab as reliably anymore, so DI down should work fine.)
