Update 3:

Reduced Mercenary per realm limit from 3 to 1

Increased Mercenary per kingdom limit from 6 to 18

This change is necessary, upon further testing, the map started to LAG a lot because of all(999) the mercenaries on the world the map.
What does this change mean in normal human language?
It means at least 1 mercenary camp will spawn in each of your provinces up to a max of 18 of your provinces(Randomly if you have more than 18). This helps to spread them out more evenly throughout your kingdom so they dont cluster in one single province.
