Army Professionalism Update

Slight tweak to professionalism.

Low army professionalism slightly increases manpower force limit and decreases maintenance.

Higher professionalism grants 10% discipline, but lowers manpower force limit and increases maintenance.

Corruption update

Reworked corruption completely.

Corruption now increases unrest, rather than decreases it, but all power costs is decreased instead of increased, making it easier to use suppression methods, increase legitimacy, increase stability etc. i addition to decreasing trade production and tax.

It also increases estate loyalty and governing capacity....

However, it also increases the estate's influence, and yealy corruption. IF you aren't careful, you may find yourself in a situation of constant civil wars and coups.

It might stabilize the empire... or it may destroy it. Is the short-term gain worth the long-term risk?

DIE BORDERGORE DIE! Update!

Changed the mechanics of revolt wars.

You can declare revolt wars 10 years after the revolt event fires. as a revolter or Empire

Empires that have revolts may not declare war on other empires with revolts going on.

Added an event that automatically causes occupied provinces to be ceded to the controller, but ONLY with revolt wars. Much like civil wars in HOI4 or Vicky 3 or Imperator: Rome. Only provinces that neighbor a province you own can be annexed this way, thus preventing bordergore.
