Attacks:
-Skull Smash's Hitbox now starts later.
-Removed Black Cyclone (It was an unneeded move that didn't work)
Spritework:
-Edited the Burst sprite
(Liebe used to look really bad lol sorry)

-Changes
- "Black Knee Kick" now costs an air action
- Most moves have been relatively nerfed (A lot of his attacks were too fast, etc.)
- Made it somewhat easier to hit projectiles with "Magic Reflect" (If the projectile allows it, of course)
- More stuff I may have missed/forgotten, sorry.
