finished merging OPFOR and IDEP factions.

combine CUP Chedaki with RHS
combine CUP NAPA with RHS
combine CUP DEV AFRF Modern with RHS TV aka Tank Troops. VKPO = regular infantry, Ratnik = Guards infantry, SF = recon
fixed up Editorsubcategory to match RHS's so theres not multiple cars, tanks, APC, etc categories
