THIS IS AN EMERGCY UPDATE! IMPORTANT!
Obd1 was found 100% appling both buffs and debuffs due to unknown issue.I am working on this problem and keeping in touch with DEV group. Now the afflictions were replaced by "Combat Stimulant" and last 600s.
The same update will be applied to NT version ASAP.
