Added classic Gman eyes as a seperate texture from Gmans "modern" eyes.

Added refracting eyes to CSS hostages.

i thought they would fallback to the HL2 citizens eyes but apparently they have their own eye vmts in their folder, so i quickly fixed that.

Added Stripped Soldier eyes based on Rustys pupil textures, with minor edits by me for modders.

Added DX8 fallbacks to all the eyes so if (for some reason) you are playing on DX8 you wont have invis eyes.

ik seems kinda useless but you never know if someone will complain about having invis eyes on hardware that the shader does not support.

Includes uncompressed full-res versions of valves default EyeRefract stuff, not any of the irises but the cornea, envmap, AO, etc.

Remade the alternate eye AO texture.

only Eli and Gman use this because the default engine one makes the AO go way too far into their normal eyes making it look off.

Gave the Ichthyosaur eyes the same treatment as the Vortigaunt eyes, now no longer do they behave weirdly since the Eyes shader was not designed for eyes that big.

a bit useless since the eyes dont fucking work freely on the model but its the thought that counts lmao.

Fixed the black males eye settings, forgot to add the gloss reduction and pupil size to the vmts.
