Re-added shell sounds for M4, testings showed that AA12's reload animation is out of sync and will inconsistently play shell insert sounds when you are in online lobbies.
I cannot fix this.

Got rid of M4's shell loading sounds as they somehow fucks with AA12's sounds, barely audible and is unsatisfying.

Lt. Rocky forgot to add handling sounds for spas aa12 port... so I included it.
