v0.5x / Bug fixes, more voice effects, and new respawn system that allows players to establish a respawn point mid-way through each objective, to save time. This replaces the 'move to frontline' system, which has been removed.

v0.5x Fixes two serous bugs found by OzzieHouso - thanks again, your videos were supoer helpful. This 'should' resolve everything: now you will teleport to the patrol zone reliably on patrol selection, and JIP players will auto-teleport to a live patrol zone when joining a server that already has a patrol running.
