Hotfix:
- Fixed wrong skill requirements for welding mask and welder's eye drops recipes.

- Added custom turret upgrade to increase their maximum condition and thus make them withstand more damage. Attack class submarines can upgrade their turrets with 2 additional level. (200% total increase for T3 attack)
- Fixed turret hardpoints not featuring the condition_out signal pin.
- Made "Welder's Eye Drops" craftable at the medical fabricator. Requires: 1x Stabilozine, 1x Paralyxis, 1x Slime Bacteria
- Made welding masks available at vending machines for a slightly higher price.

- Fixed safe cracker not being considered illegal on outposts.
- Fixed reactors not allowing husk figurines in their inventory which made a traitor mission impossible to complete.
- Increased the time it takes for the reactor to blow up when entering critical state. It was barely managable in multiplayer due to ping.

- Added visual feedback when interacting with one of these items: Junction Box, Battery, Shuttle Battery, Supercapacitor, secure steel cabinet, toxin cabinet
- Fixed game sometimes randomly looking for modded textures and sounds in the game's directory instead of the mod's directory.

- Added "Clown Welding Mask". Allows you to gain clown power like other clown masks. Can be crafted with a "Welding Mask", "White Paint", "Red Paint" and "Black Paint" or bought from clown merchants.
- Added "Advanced Welding Mask". Can only be crafted from a "Welding Mask", "Handheld Status Monitor" and "Handheld Electrical Monitor".
- Fixed missing particle prefab "electricwater" error.
- Fixed supercapacitors already starting to electrocute at 50% condition when they should only start doing this at 25% condition.

- Added a new respawn shuttle "Bulker - Peshu" since shuttles not specifically made for Immersive Repairs don't work properly. It also comes with stronger hulls, internal automatic defenses and music for the passengers to ensure a safer and more relaxed travel.
- Changed vent blades to not take damage if the vent is one of the following: Non-Player Team Interactable, Invulnerable To Damage.
- Fixed "Multitool" deleting an entire stack of FPGA circuits when the entire stack was drag & dropped onto the tool to repair it.
- Hopefully fixed vents sometimes still being interactable on outposts.

- Added German translation by Profole.
- Changed "Air Filter" to not fully break from exposure to water. It will now stop taking water damage once its condition is just below 1% to still allow cleaning it after a longer flooding, if the oxygen generator was turned off.
- Changed "Automatic Welder" crafting recipe to use iron instead of steel, removed the sodium requirement and made them available at stores to make them more accessible early on to deal with hard to weld spots.
- Fixed "Firefighter Cabinet" not refilling oxygen tanks.
- Updated Simplified Chinese translation.
