Compatibility update with the current version of the mod core 5.1

Due to changes in realmod core engine addon lost some weapons:
- Axe
- Luger P08
- M30 doublebarrel shotgun :(

All levels recompiled for compatibility.

Nightmare campaing selector moved to play menu.

Npc voice beetwen enemies are separated and added germans one.

Minor visual fixes on levels.

Reanimated kar98az and repainted some npc skins.

Survive mode from mod core.
